I’ve always been very anxious about going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr Navid Sarrami was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I felt calm and reassured. Dr Sarrami and the whole team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my fear. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. For the first time, I felt genuinely relaxed at a dental appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially to anyone who feels nervous or anxious about dental visits

Dr Sarrami has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have been following him wherever he practiced even though I have been working overseas for years as I do not trust other dentists after a few bad experiences. He has incredible knowledge and experience in his field and whatever advice he gives I know is the right one without the doubt. His team including Shima, are so professional and welcoming that you immediately feel calm. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Navid is a true expert—their approach to my treatment was both precise and transparent. I cannot praise this practice enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, which is highly unusual for me when it comes to dentists! After my 18 year old crowns fell out, I was told by another dentist I would need dental implants which would involve very painful (and very expensive) bone grafts, after a thorough examination Navid said that wasn’t necessary and instead began a course of treatment which involved replacing 30+ year old root canal fillings and creating new crowns. The process was not rushed, and I felt safe at all times, today, 3 months after the first appointment, I walked out with beautiful new crowns on my front teeth, and a much better smile after having a whitening treatment before the crowns were made. Navid is a highly experienced dentist, having lectured at various universities and his attention to detail is perfect. Together with Shima assisting him, they make the "dream team" making the whole experience more bearable! The pricing was very fair too, I would recommend them without hesitation.

My father has been going to this practice for several years and has always commented on how kind the team are and the great treatment he has received. I transfered my son over today and immediately experianced a warm friendly welcome and then great treatment, they took their time to explain and took great care of my son.

55 Gosforth Smiles is a great dentist. The staff are friendly, very welcoming and approachable and do all they can to learn about their patients to put them at ease. I have a long-term anxiety over dentists and avoided attending one for over 20 years before moving to Newcastle. I have no concerns attending an appointment at 55 Gosforth Smiles, which I think is the best recommendation I can make.

The moment you enter into this dental surgery you will feel comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the staff are very welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a lovely positive and warm smile and I was offered tea, coffee and water. The dentist and dental assistant were both truly great. They were very reassuring and calmed my nerves as I explained my dental issues. I left feeling very confident and sure that I will be taken care of during my next visit. A very pleasant visit to the dentist (that's a sentence I never thought I'd say in life) 🙂
