Got an appointment within a month, which is rare these days. Went in for a routine check-up and had dental cleaning, xrays and whitening consultation done in the same session — quick, efficient, and completely painless. The team at Newburn Dental Surgery are genuinely friendly and engaging throughout, which made a real difference as someone with mild dental anxiety. They took it seriously without making a big deal of it, and sent me away with solid advice on maintaining my dental health going forward. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I really needed to after my appointment with Molly. I’ve been fearful of the dentist since childhood, so having treatment that involved an injection caused a lot of anxiety for me. Molly was absolutely fantastic. I explained that I had recently had a medical update and she followed all the correct procedures while making me feel completely calm and reassured. She talked me through every step of what she was doing and what to expect, which made such a difference. I have honestly never felt so comfortable or relaxed during dental treatment, especially something I’ve feared for so many years. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism and calm approach. Thank you, Molly you made something I was dreading feel manageable, and that means more than you know.

Lovely staff and very friendly especially the receptionists lve got a phobia of dentists but David is very understanding and friendly and puts you at ease when you go and the practice is very clean a very good dentist

I have been with the practice since "Gus" in the early 1970s. Without exception always a professional, caring and first class service. The current team is excellent. Modern equipment and ideas, yes, but still the personal, caring, professional approach from the whole team starting with the receptionist who welcomes you to the clinician who treats you. Highly recommended.
