I had a very bad experience with a dentist as a child, & it gave me the worst fear. A year ago Imogen opened up some nhs spots, & I grabbed one for my daughter and I, determined she wouldn’t have the same fear as me. The team are amazing! Nothing like what I experienced as a child. My daughter gets excited talking about her dentist, & I am now in a place where I have no anxiety going for a visit or treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Recently joined this practice after a bad experience with another and i'm very glad I did. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and had a good informative appointment with my dentist and a clear plan put in place to have some work carried out over the next couple of months. 👍👍
Called in early due to tooth pain, Kim was excellent in being able to fit me in with an appointment the sane say. Was seen by Preet who was excellent and made a very nervous patient very relaxed. Always experience great service here, their rewards are very well warranted.
Just visited today after some work was carried out at another dentist in Basingstoke. What a difference! great people and great service.
