Baldev's Dental Care

Visited Baldev Dental Care recently for a routine dental check-up and cleaning, and I must say it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The reception team was warm and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The dentist was calm, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing through the appointment. The check-up felt very thorough, and I appreciated how they pointed out small things to watch for in the future. The cleaning itself was done very gently but effectively. I could feel the difference straight away afterwards, but there was no discomfort during the process, which I’ve sometimes experienced elsewhere. The clinic is also very clean, well-organised, and gives you a sense of confidence in their standards. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience. I would definitely go back and would be happy to recommend them to others looking for reliable dental care.

One star because no star is not allowed. I registered as nhs patient with the surgery on 05/06 Five minutes of visit.I needed an extraction so i got another appointment. After two appointment i have been asked if i had toothache.I answered yes and i had been told that the extraction is too complicate and not possible with nhs.so there were two option,to pay more than £300 for a private appointment at the surgery or to go with nhs to the hospital with a waiting time of 1 or maybe 2 years. If they accept nhs patient then the treatment should be done.it looks to me that they accept nhs patients to offer them a privat treatment because extraction is covered by nhs. The surgery is also very old and shabby and did not give me the impression of accurate cleaning. If you are looking for a professional service avoid that surgery. Only a guy in reception was polite friendly and professional.

I’ve been on and off with this dentist for a while and have various experiences with them but ever since I’ve had liz as my dentist I have had the best experience. Liz is very calming and takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend her for anyone whom like myself had not had the best experiences with dentist.

Every visit to Baldev Dental is fantastic! The staff is so warm and welcoming, always making sure you feel completely comfortable. I really appreciate their expert advice and how seamless they make the entire treatment process. You can truly tell they give their absolute best to their patients. Highly recommend!

Great work by dentist nd. Nurses when went for regular check up.. Booked easily at reception and very friendly atmosphere. I went late to my appointment as I forgot due to school run and they rearranged Immediately. Felt very happy to see how dentist and receptionists were helping to see me on same day .

my first visit to this practice was a pleasant one ,friendly staff at reception very warm and welcoming in particular kristal and melanie were very helpful !! the place is clean and tidy and a bright atmosphere , dentists great you with a smile when opening the door and make you feel at ease ,clear explanations about treatment and any future visits that are needed , would definitely recommend this place to others of all ages I'm glad i moved to this practice now !!

Extremely disappointed with the service. I have a cracked crown and persistent pain, but getting clear information or records from them is a struggle. Even with 20 days' notice, the refund process and communication are very difficult. Looking for a dentist who actually cares about patient health and transparency. Avoid if you want peace of mind
