Smile n Shine Dental Practice

I am very anxious at the dentist and I have been going to the same place since I was a kid before it was Smile n Shine. I must say, the transition has been made seamless and the practice is beautiful now. Haleema sorted everything for me and made sure that everyone knew how anxious as I was and were able to accommodate me. A meeting before my appointment occurred as well with Geethika who talked through everything with me and assured me everything would be okay. When I was with the dentist Dr Bhavika Parekh, she was lovely, accommodating, patient and didn't force me into doing anything. I successfully had 2 fillings and will be going to the Hygienist there soon. Highly suggest for anyone scared, even deathly afraid of the dentist. These guys are a perfect first step! 🙂

I cannot recommend Smile N Shine Dental Practice enough. I’ve always been incredibly nervous about dental work, but this team has completely changed my perspective. Over the last few visits, I’ve seen several different members of the team for various procedures, and the experience is consistently excellent. They are all so kind and professional, they truly take the time to talk you through every step of the process and constantly check in to make sure you’re comfortable as possible. It’s rare to find a place that balances high quality clinical work with such genuine empathy and efficiency. As a nervous patient due to historic incidents, I can only praise this practice for their welcoming and reassuring attitude. I felt imnediately at ease upon entering and chatting with the ladies on reception, and this continued after seeing the dentist. Everything was explained in detail, and I can honestly say that I will not be anxious in going back for the procedures. Thank you for an experince, not known to me before with dentists, it's very much appreciated.

I am an extremely nervous patient to the point where I have put off going to the dentist and I had become more and more anxious. Ketan Panwalkar and his colleagues put me at ease from my very first visit. He is very patient and understanding and he made the experience so much more bearable, to the point that I now want to go to the dentist regularly rather than waiting for a reason. I thought my tooth needed extraction but he rebuilt it and gave me a crown. I didn't even need sedation. I want to say huge thanks to everyone.
