Bupa Dental Care Newark

10/5 stars. The customer care here is above and beyond. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I’ve had a cracked tooth and needed an emergency appointment . I’ve called 3 nearby Bupa practices before calling Newark. Even though I had the Bupa cover (hasn’t been registered yet) non of them would take me. But when I called this practice they arranged things around and got me a slot on the same day. They’ve even called me few times to help me arrange things and I’m so grateful. I’ve had a composite filling and dentist Keiren was really careful and helpful with the procedure and it turned out good as well. Everyone is so nice and helpful I haven’t seen a medical practice like this before. Wish I could keep coming but I live quite far away so it’s really not feasible, which is a shame honestly.

Was treated by Dr Debbie for the first time today, ably assisted by Georgie. Brilliant service, lovely people and great results. Mine was a last-minute appointment to fix a chipped tooth and Debbie did an amazing job - I'm really pleased with the outcome, honestly can't tell it was ever damaged. They were both friendly and chatty from the start and Debbie made sure I knew what was going on at every stage. I'll definitely be seeing them again and would recommend to anyone.

I have just left the Bupa dental care at Newark after receiving treatment . I must menthod how profestional Elham and Becky were , before ,during and after todays appointment , both were attentive and caring. As for todays treatment , well it was expertly cared out with great atttention. This was quite evident from the start. At the end i was very happy with the work carried out...looking forward to the next appointment . Thank you Ladies.

I can’t recommend my dentist Deborah and nurse Georgie highly enough. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, calm and reassuring, and they genuinely made me feel at ease. Deborah took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and was very gentle and considerate throughout my check up, and subsequent treatment. Georgie was just as kind an and friendly, which made a huge difference. Overall, the experience at Bupa Dental Care Newark from the moment you walk in was relaxed, thorough, caring, and honestly nice, especially for a dentist appointment! I felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient.

Had an amazing experience coming here for multiple treatments. All of the staff are friendly and you can easily have conversations about everything and anything. When i had my appointments everything was clearly explained as to what is happening and what will happen at future visits. Looking at the before and after photos that was taken there was a massive improvement and I can't thank them enough.

Saw Dr Houghton today. Had to have quite a complex filling. Deborah and Georgie made a wonderful team and couldn’t have done a better job in terms of helping me not feel anxious. And all went smoothly thanks to some clearly expert dentistry and dentistry nursing. A huge thank you.
