I had a review appointment for my tooth today and was incredibly impressed by the whole experience. The team fitted me in very quickly, and everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. I was seen by Keshlee, who was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Although I had expected to have a filling done, she carefully explained why that was not the best option and discussed the alternatives available. She also reviewed my other teeth and provided helpful advice on how to address some early signs of problems before they became more serious. I never felt rushed at any point. The care felt truly personalised and tailored to my needs, and I left feeling fully informed and reassured. Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional, thoughtful, and patient-centered dental care.

After a warm welcome and a thorough examination, Hayley then took me step by step through each of the areas of concern and most importantly (with a very kind manner) provided me with recommendations and guidance on how to improve my dental hygiene and routine maintenance. I came away with a simple and clear plan on how to better manage my teeth and gums, really, really happy with the excellent service I received today - I would highly recommend making an appointment with Hayley.

I bit down on a cherry stone a few weeks ago then 2 days ago noticed a large filling in a back tooth (put in at the same practice 50 years ago!) had fallen out overnight I rang the surgery the same day and to my astonishment was offered an appointment today. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment but was seen almost immediately by the smiling Marina Balazs who noticed that I had, in fact, lost a small lower filing in addition. She cleaned both cavities carefully and painlessly and replaced the fillings. I left the surgery 5 minutes after I was due to have been seen. I’ve been coming to London Road Dental Practice for the past 61 years so have met many dentists and receptionists over the decades. Marina Balazs is an excellent communicator, kind and skilled. At a time when dentists are getting hard time in the press I can only say that this practice is wonderful and would recommend this team to anyone.

Hayley is the best hygienist I have been to see for a very long time. She is gentle and professional and has done an amazing job with my teeth. She has given some great advice....really happy with the 2 sessions I've had and the results. Thank you...would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience for my first appointment with Hayley (Hygienist). I’m a nervous patient and she was calm, gentle and put me at ease. Great communication and really clear what was going to happen during the appointment. Left feeling like there had been nothing to worry about at all.

I moved to London Road dentist from another dentist a couple of years ago. I am very happy with the service they provide. My dentist Marina is lovely. She always puts me at ease as I've always been fearful of the dentist.

Hayley is the best hygenist I have ever used. She is very patient and understanding and very gentle!! Previous hygenists have had to numb my gums to clean my teeth but I didn't feel any pain with Hayley. I would definitely recommend seeing Hayley especially if you are nervous or have medical problems, she will reassure you and make the experience stress free. Thank you
