Dr Amisha was very nice, gentle and very helpful when I was getting my teeth cleaned. I definitely recommend her services and dedication to anyone who's willing to get his or her teeth cleaned. Very professional and can't wait to see her in 3 months time. The receptionists are also good and helpful.

I can't thank the team enough for the outstanding care I received. Just before going on holiday, my tooth cracked while I was waiting for a scheduled root canal, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get treatment in time. Viktoria, the practice manager, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fit me in for an emergency appointment at very short notice. My dentist, Javeetha, was professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout. She completed an excellent temporary filling that completely relieved the pain I was experiencing, allowing me to go on holiday without worrying about my tooth. I was extremely grateful for her expertise and kindness. I'd also like to thank Vandana on reception, who provided exceptional customer service and arranged my follow-up appointment at a convenient time. She was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Every member of staff I dealt with was caring, professional, and welcoming. It's clear they genuinely put their patients first, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you all so much!

I have had multiple poor experiences at this surgery which shows the lack of professionalism across the practice. I arrived early for a scheduled appointment only to wait nearly 30 minutes before being told the dentist couldn't see me and I'd need to rebook — weeks later. Despite raising the issue with both the receptionist and the manager, no one would help. The response from staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Beyond this, I have found the standard of care and communication to be consistently lacking. During both a dental appointment and a hygiene appointment, staff were unable to clearly explain the issues and results they identified, couldn't show me the products or tools recommended for my oral care, and seemed uncertain about their own advice. This is a basic expectation of any professional healthcare setting. To top it off, the general attitude of the staff has been rude and unwelcoming. A dental practice should make patients feel at ease — this one does the opposite. I would not recommend this surgery and will be looking to register elsewhere.

Victoria is a fantastic dentist extremely professional,patient and attentive. Always ensuring that she kept me updated with whatever procedures she needed to carry out. I've never been a fan of dentists but id recommend anyone to receive their dental care for her. She's amazing 👏 thank you for being you ❤️

I have a severe phobia of the dentist, have tried many. I have a nasty infection. Today the young guy I didnt get his name made me feel so at ease and less panicky than usual. Just wantrd to say thank you so much, even the blonde lady at reception was so so understanding and empathetic, It really meant alot. Would definitely recommend for people with fear of dentists to come here.

The whole process was smooth and well organised, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The dentists were very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming dental practice.

Best dental practice I’ve had thus far. Reception staff are always lovely & every dentist has been extremely understanding when my mental health struggles have affected my oral health. I used to avoid the dentist out of shame, but I’ve never felt embarrassed at this practice.
