I’ve always had a ridiculous fear of the dentist but decided it was time to put my big girl pants on and go! I am so pleased I chose Mitcham dental care. They were so understanding and I’ve been several times now and getting braver on each visit. The dentists, hygienist and both receptionists are all really lovely and I no longer have nightmares about waking up and finding my teeth on my pillow!

Didn't think I would feel so happy and comfortable going to a dentist after many years avoiding them. This dentist was fantastic all staff and receptionist was friendly and helpful, I had a dental clean, and fillings, all went well. Safe to say I'm happy to be returning regularly for my 6 month checks, has definitely put my mind at ease on returning. Thank you 😊

We had a great experience at this dental office during my daughter Dua’s appointment. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made her feel comfortable right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and was very gentle, helping ease any nervousness. The office was clean and well-organized, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate how caring and professional everyone was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful dental experience for their child.

I had my cleaning today with dentist Gupta and it was a great experience. The hygienist was very gentle, and took the time to give me helpful tips on the best electric toothbrush and the correct TePe brush size for me. Highly recommend!

After initially being confused about treatment options, I raised a concern with the practice regarding communication around NHS vs private hygienist care. The practice responded professionally, acknowledged the misunderstanding, and fully refunded the hygiene charge. They also took the feedback seriously and explained they would improve how treatment options are communicated in future. Overall, I appreciate how the situation was handled and resolved, and the staff were polite and professional throughout my care.
