Dr Hirani, Saijal, Lateefah and the whole Smilelux team are in one word: excellent! My experience from day one has been characterised by warm, genuine customer service (Saijal remembered my sister, asked how she was etc), bespoke and carefully tailored treatment advice and extremely high clinical standards. Dr Hirani clearly has a lot of pride in his work, and cares deeply about maintaining those high standards.
