Friendly experts. My wife and I have been going every six months for over 40 years. My recent veneer treatment with Kerran was excellent. She is very professional and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Returned after years at a different practice and so glad I came back, staff are always very friendly at put you at ease, not everyone likes visiting dentists.
Emergency appointment given same day - seen by Sarah Makepeace she was brilliant explained everything clearly managed the presenting complaint and onward referral in a very professional and approachable manner

A brilliant dental practice, lovely friendly receptionists, who keep you up to date on all appointments and send regular reminders and sometimes a (friendly call) to offer cancellations or just remind you of an upcoming appointment. The hygiene team are really nice and take care when carrying out treatment. Sarah Makepeace is a very caring and professional dental surgeon, and always clearly explains exactly what treatment she is going to carry out before the appointment starts, and keeps me up to date with any costs incurred, Sarah always lets me know what to expect at my next appointment and also carries out regular "reviews" of any treatment to ensure I am completely happy with the dental work carried out. TIDP is a great practice with reasonable charges and costs and "almost" makes going to the dentist a pleasure 😄 I have had a phobia of dentists due to bad teenage experiences, this is recorded on my files and all the staff do Thier best to look after nervous patients like myself. I can highly recommend the Independent Dental Practice as a 5 ***** dental surgery.
Been at this practice many years even before it changed name and always have fabulous service. Nothing is too much for the staff.
