Bupa Dental Care Coulby Newham

I rang this morning for an appointment after losing a filling yesterday ( toffee!) and was given one within 3 hours. I saw a lovely dentist called Mila who put in a permanent filling, it was painless and quite relaxing her manner was exemplary I would recommend her and the practice to anyone. I must also give a shout out to Kayleigh the dental nurse who was pleasant and easy to chat to. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

I have been attending this practice for quite a few years now and I did request to change my dentist at the beginning as I didn't have confidence in her (but I do think she has now left) since then I was assigned to Kerstin and she is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is always bright, warm and friendly. She makes me feel at ease and I trust her completely. I also see the hygienist and have recently seen Kim who is also equally lovely. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and gives good advice and guidance. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good location with easy parking. The practice is always kept immaculate and the building is modern with a large pleasant waiting room.

Really positive experience at a recent appointment. Hayley & Jo in particular were friendly, attentive and efficient and as a new patient at the practice I felt comfortable with the prospect of returning for future appointments.

I've been a patient at this practice for many years. It was on a routine check up that Mr David Ayre noticed something abnormal. He referred me to James Cook hospital. After I had finished 30 sessions of radiotherapy. David and his nurse had the task of restoring not just my teeth, but my confidence. I can't put into words how grateful I am to David and Jo. The whole team at Bupa coulby newham, go above and beyond to give excellent care.

Nobody likes to have dental treatment! My care was second to none here. Professional, calming, caring and friendly - from Reception staff to dental team. Thank you Mila and Kayleigh for giving me reasons to smile 😁

Had an extraction this morning with dentist Avni and nurse Fungai and it was a pleasing experience. Both dentist and nurse were excellent with the procedure and would highly recommend them. Many thanks.

I highly recommend Dave, Jo and Gavin if you dont like seeing a dentist. They are easy to talk to and are fully professional and make the process easy and stress free.
