The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and they offer excellent flexibility when arranging regular appointments. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I have always felt very well looked after. Portman smile are an amazing clinic. From the very first visit, everything felt well-organised and professional. The orthodontist was knowledgeable, explained each step clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout my daughter’s treatment. A special mention has to go to the nurses and receptionists who are absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Portman Smile Clinic are amazing. My daughter has been in for braces and from the very first visit they have been brilliant. I’d especially like to mention the 2 lovely ladies who were fitting my daughter’s braces. Ellie and Wendy were just spectacular. They put my very nervous daughter at ease and explained what was going to happen and why. They were both very caring and supported her through every stage of this process of fitting braces. On a personal note as a father to my extremely anxious and stressed daughter Both Ellie and Wendy were completely understanding of her situation and carried out their duties exceptionally.
