This Morning I met Esther and Luci, two of the happiest Dental professionals I’ve ever met! They were very considerate and caring and talked me through the entire process. Having had a recent bad experience at the hospital I was dubious to go back to the dentist, however the receptionist was very polite and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended Great people !

I went to Dr. Tom for a dental filling and I can honestly say he is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever met. He has incredibly gentle and professional hands. He filled my tooth completely without pain and even without an injection, which I never thought was possible. His hands truly feel like a gift from God. I left the clinic very happy, satisfied, and without any fear of the dentist. Thank you for the excellent care.

i am left truly grateful for Dr Mena’s handling of my process. I had an awful infection which she over saw and then when, finally, an extraction was possible it wasn’t just her skill and attentiveness that i was so grateful for, it was the fact that she demonstrably cared. Whilst one might have a competent dentist to have one who cares is rare as … hens teeth! i MUST also praise the dental nurse who was SO supportive, keeping me informed and making sure I was as comfortable as i could be every step of the way. this was an exceptional experience particularly given what it was for. Very busy surgery so there's sometimes a wait but I'm always kept informed and staff remain friendly and helpful even when dealing with a high volume of visitors - I've been with this surgery since they opened and I find everyone to be very welcoming. The reception staff are excellent, I've seen them deal calmly with so many situations from calling ambulances to calling taxis for elderly patients. My dentist Farjad & his nurse Lauren are very professional and put my nerves at ease.

The dental hygienist, Jiji, was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and sensitive to my needs. Good listening skills, made me feel safe and cared for. She was very thorough and explained everything very well. I would love to see her again next time.

I have only been with this dental practice for about 10 months, having moved from elsewhere, but each time I visit, I walk away feeling great. The reception staff are always friendly, patient and helpful, even with a phone call for booking an appointment. Dentist Mo and Nurse Katie have been excellent on my previous 2 visits, and today didn't disappoint. I had a filling at the top of one of my front teeth, so a difficult place to start with, but I was made to feel at ease from teh word go, I was offered numbing or not, I was reassured that I could stop the proceeding at any time if I needed to, and the end result was brilliant. A perfect match to the colour of my teeth, minimal pain, done by a professional team. Thank you South Cliff Dental Group, receptionists, Dentist Mo and Nurse Katie.

So sad that Irene is leaving as the 3 replacement fillings she did for me were pain free and treeless. Loved hearing Katie & Irene chatting about Netflix box sets over me whilst working away (I tried best I could to join in). Made for a very relaxing time for my combined 4 hours in the hot seat.
