After being dismissed and gaslighted about a genuine dental issue by a previous NHS clinic, Gus immediately spotted the problem before I even explained it. He was genuine, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to talk you through every option and every step of the process, making sure you feel informed and comfortable throughout. His care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for his work are so refreshing. You can tell he truly wants the best for his patients — you’re never just a number to him. Any dental student lucky enough to learn from Gus is in great hands. Although Gus is not a NHS dentist, the NHS needs more dentists like him — professionals who are accountable, kind, and committed to high standards. Great, quick and quality service at a reasonable price. From the first consultation to final fitting and taking my dentures home took 3 days. Visited the Failsworth office with my elderly mother who has dementia. Mum had flushed her top set of dentures down the toilet (It’s common with the elderly apparently). Gus the gentleman at the clinic and his staff were marvellous with mum he took his time with her to gain her confidence and even opened up on a Sunday for one of the appointments. Within 10 days she had her new teeth and looks amazing. Gus we cannot thank you enough. Do not hesitate to contact Trudent they are caring, approachable and professional in every way. Gus is a miracle worker easy to get on with. Explains everything so you can understand and I was very nervous but soon we was laughing and joking and I am very pleased with the result
