This dentist is excellent. It's spotless clean, easy to get appointments, but most of all, every member of staff are friendly, kind and caring, their level of professionalism is second to none. Robert is my dentist and he is very assuring and puts you at ease. I have been with this dentist for over 40 years.

All staff reception and professionals are very friendly and easy to get on with. I have been with this practice for approximately 55yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended a friend who is delighted with the practice after having a bad experience with her previous practice. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Helpful and friendly reception who send timely reminders of your appointment time. The environment is clean and spacious and nursing staff are welcoming and reassuring. Since my last review I have been much more happy with the quality of dental care and the degree of patient involvement in treatment. I previously commented that standards of patient care had declined at this practice; my most recent experience suggests that there has been a great improvement and I am happy to recommend the practice.

Absolutely amazing experience with BUPA Irlam I have recently had tooth whitening and composites done by Robert, what a fantastic service and such a wonderful bloke he was so caring and attentive and carried out such a professional job I am so pleased with these new composites, so much so I may end up having more done as I’ve got the bad habit of grinding my teeth!!! All the team at the Irlam practice are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Catherine and Jane are so helpful and Robert is just the best and performs miracles to make my teeth look so much better- thanks to everyone keep up the good work!!!

The practice itself is bang on, I never waited more than five minutes and at times was treated earlier than my appointment time, staff polite and welcoming, not to forget the dental assistants who put me at ease straight away. 😁😁😁😁💯
