This dental practice is truly amazing. All the staff are extremely welcoming and kind, making you feel at ease straight away. Mr Worall is a very professional, kind and caring dentist. He explains everything to you on your appointment and will always provide advice and reassurance where needed. I have been a patient with this dentist for many many years and would certainly recommend them. Thankyou to you and your team.

A five star experience with Monica and Vicky. They have completely transformed my smile using whitening treatments and crowns/veneers, taking me from being self-conscious about gaps and discoloration to having a natural smile I’m proud of. I finally have the confidence to smile with my teeth showing, and I truly cannot thank them enough. They are a fantastic team - professional, caring, informative, and encouraging throughout every step of the process. I felt incredibly well-cared for and comfortable in their hands. I used to be so terrified of the dentist that I’d spend months or even years in pain with toothache rather than make an appointment, and I was too anxious to ever attend alone. I contacted for the first time last week, following a recommendation, after part of my tooth had broken off & the response I received from Tara on reception was second to none. She couldn’t do more to accommodate me, she was so understanding & managed to get me a same day appointment. She was friendly & attentive, I honestly don’t think I’ve experienced customer service like it. She is an absolute asset to the practice! I was sold just on her incredible service but then met dentist Dr Aquila & she was wonderful too, really attentive, I didn’t feel as though I was being rushed & could ask all the questions. Just a great experience, would highly recommend!

Been registered here since it opened in the 90's and never had a bad experience. Alan is a fab dentist, he's gentle and really explains everything. Also had an appointment with Zeeshan yesterday for a clean and polish, and my teeth feel fab. My young son is also really happy to go to the dentist for his appointments

The best place to go for all your dental needs. From reception staff to the practitioners themselves, everybody is so welcoming and ensures that every patient feels welcome and reassured. Lovely modern spaces, and service with a smile, and hugs on demand. Why would I go anywhere else?

I've been letting my teeth rot for years, decided enough was enough after waking up with an abscess I required an emergency appointment and thornley fit me in that day. Monika was great and actively encouraged me (was not pushy about it) to sign up with them I've always been hesitant cause like most people going to the dentist isn't exactly fun, she took the stress out of it. From there I booked a proper appointment yet an over all assesment of teeth health and a gameplay consisting of many fillings and a composite bond. Then ending with a hygiene appointment today with Zeeshan who was equally as great explained everything before starting and explained what I was required to do to maintain my teeth and gym health. I can not thank them enough for making the experience of the dentist stress free and clear. For transparency I was a private patient it was not under the NHS, but pricing was clear concise and the largest part of the reason I went ahead with this journey which took just over 3 months of hard work from all as they don't overwhelm your mouth with doing too much at once. I would highly recommend Thornley to anyone who needs help as the only dentist that seemed willing to treat me as a patient and not just a number. I can now go to the dentist and not be anxious before, during or after.

From my first very nervous visit to Thornley Park Dental throught to my review visit to check on the progress I was making with my need denture Dr Monica Duggal was patient, informative and very professional... answered all my questions and always kept me informed of next steps.... the result!
