I m extremely disappointed with care and treatment at my dentist crown point. I took my daughter there for regular checkup because her teeth are extremely yellow and there is a lot of build up but surprisingly even last time dentist not even touch my daughter teeth no cleaning pressure water cleaning,no fluoride no flossing and this time as well leave my daughter teeth to be get worsen. Extremely poor dentist said he has 16 years experience name (Muhammad) is he really a proper dentist who gave me this explanation. I just wonder is he really does with all patients this .this is how I find NHS dental care with kid . Same dental clinic very first dentist and hygienist when I took my daughter first so good they both have done great job .how it’s supposed to be. Care commission should keep a check on these dental clinic why their behaviour with nhs like this . I do understand why but might be they get offended. Let me upload photo of my daughter teeth if she really doesn’t require any cleaning which is basic I was asking.this build up both side outer and inner and dentist even did not touch . These dentist clinics need to be reported to care commission how they save nhs treatment and just encourage for private .look at this teeth condition any person would know need attention. But Mr Muhammad (dentist) he think nothing required. I even don’t give one star if 0

We’ve been to see Dr Mahmoud a few times now and I just wanted to say how lovely he is. He’s always so kind and patient with my girls, which honestly makes such a difference. He never rushes them and really takes the time to make sure they feel comfortable, which has helped them feel so much more relaxed about going to the dentist. It’s just such a nice experience every time we go.

My mum wanted to share her experience at this Dentist Dr Ally was excellent at explaining everything. He was very patient with us and put us at ease. Much better care than our private dentist gave us. Reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Wpuld highly recommend

Dr Noura and my nurse Adele were amazing today. I'm very anxious about the dentist and they were so reassuring and just lovely people all around. Thank you!

My wife and I visited Denton Mydentist yesterday. Mr Ramah the dental hygienist and her assistant Hafsa provided treatment for teeth descaling and polishing. They are friendly and politely. My wife is a bit sensitive and requested stops during treatment. We were treated well. Ramah ensured we were satisfied with their services. We are happy with their services. Reception is helpful and friendly too.

Dr Ali has a wonderful manner, very kind, very compassionate. He made me feel well cared for from start to finish, and was able to sort my filling out in 20 minutes flat. Very happy, and I know where I'm going if I have any future issues!

I booked a private dental check-up at MyDentist Denton and paid £75 upfront. I even received an SMS the next day and 1 day before my appointment, so everything seemed fine. However, when I arrived at the practice on the day of the appointment, the receptionist told me it had been rescheduled. I received no call, no SMS, no email informing me of this change. The only notification I got was when I was already standing at the reception. The receptionist offered to reschedule to another day that fit my schedule, but no apologies and no empathy was noted. I completely understand that dentists can call in sick or emergencies can happen, but it takes seconds to send an SMS. For a private patient who has paid in advance, this lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling that they simply don’t care about patients, and the experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
