The Dentists of Didsbury

After reading the reviews I decided to switch from my chaotic NHS dentist to private and I'm glad I did. My first appointment was with the hygienist and he was lovely, calm and even sent me off with a goodie bag. My second appointment was with Naz and she was very person centred, thorough and provided a very detailed email post check up. Safe to say I found my new dentist.

Oze was really friendly, he really takes time to listen and understand the issue, he explained what he would be doing clearly and reassured me throughout. I had noticed a difference in my bleeding gums just after one session. He talked me through my brushing routine and other ways I could help improve the issue. Very professional and really good atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

I first had my teeth cleaned by Naz Ahmed. He frequently checked in with me throughout the procedure which made me feel at ease. I went back a month later and got an oral health examination by May. She was thorough at explaining things to me which made me feel reassured and answered all questions I had and she kindly sent me a summary of the appointment by email afterwards. At both appointments, service was exceptional. All staff were friendly, kind and considerate. The atmosphere was comforting and I will definitely be recommending to both family and friends.

After an extensive search for a good hygienist, I came across The Dentists of Didsbury. Drawn by their fair prices and excellent reviews, I decided to book an appointment. I have a few very sensitive teeth, tend to breathe through the mouth, and have a few lingering issues from orthodontic treatment, so I was extremely nervous and anxious. I sent an email outlining my concerns and fears, and received a prompt, reassuring reply that immediately put my mind at ease. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, then quickly shown to the treatment room by an equally pleasant dental assistant. Even though I arrived a little late (thanks to an overly chatty taxi driver!), there was no hint of frostiness. My hygienist, Mr Oze, was kind, professional, and put me completely at ease. He discussed my concerns, offered a few options, and I chose the gel anaesthetic. He was thorough and careful throughout the cleaning, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. While I experienced a bit of discomfort and pain in some areas, it was manageable, and he was responsive to my reactions. The receptionist had told me I’d be in safe hands, and I truly was. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience, and I can now see why The Dentists of Didsbury have such great reviews. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. This was my first visit to The Dentist of Didsbury and what a wonderful team they have. Everything was clearly explained, calm and professionally approached. I attended a hygienist appointment and will certainly be back for my future appointments. Big shout out to the team for making my first visit so welcome and a little birthday surprise of dentist goodies - how kind!

Excellent experience, from my initial consultation to the process of getting fillings and having my teeth cleaned and polished. The staff are all exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and I felt like I was in safe hands every step of the way. Would fully recommend.

This was my first appointment with Oze and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. Definitely the best hygienist I’ve been to. I’m really happy with the treatment and will 100% be going back to him for future treatments.
