The procedure was completely pain-free and carried out so smoothly that it completely put me at ease. The clinic itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and has a very calming atmosphere. I recently visited Dr. Nilesh at Pearl Smile Practice in Didsbury for a comprehensive chech-up. It was a fantastic experience. They even used a high-teck scan, which allowed them to show me exactly what was happening in my mouth in real-time. Dr. Nilesh was meticulous and explained the results of the scan thoroughly. Leaving me with a clear, comfortable and pain free treatment plan. The staff are very welcoming, the equipment is advanced, and the care is excellent. The best dental experience I've had. Would definitely recommend.

My front crown broke and Dr Nilesh Bhasvar saw me straight away, which was such a relief as I was self-conscious with it being a front tooth. At my first visit, he fitted a lovely temporary crown to see me through while we planned the next steps. As the crown needed replacing, we decided to replace the three adjoining crowns as well, as they were nearly 40 years old and due for renewal. Dr Nilesh also made a mock-up so I could see how the new crowns would look before the final ones were made, which I found incredibly helpful and reassuring. Throughout the process, he and his team were consistently professional, reassuring, and clear in explaining everything, producing a beautiful set of crowns, and the reception team are always welcoming and helpful. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I felt in very safe hands. I do have a regular dentist, but as the dentists there change frequently, I wanted continuity of care and chose Dr Nilesh based on his excellent reviews for crown work. I was so impressed that I am now planning to switch. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

I chose Pearl Smile because of their welcome offer and I hadn't had a dental appointment in some time so it was definitely overdue. Dr Rebecca was my dentist and I couldn't have asked for better, she was kind, thorough and so informative. She really listened to my individual concerns and actively recommended me useful solutions - even going do far as to refer me for an issue I've raised to dentists before, but received no help with. I am so pleased to have had her as my dentist! 😊

Thank you to all working at Pearl Smile. We had a great first session there. I am quite stressed about my mums health but the dentist’s approach was great, he knew what he was doing, he listened carefully and I am glad we found them because my mum is a shy person and at the last practice she was judged alot but the she felt comfortable at Pearl smile. We seem to have a long process but that first meet and check up put us at ease and I’m now happy she’s in good hands. Thank you all👌

Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have been with this dentist for years and went through the invisalign process. My dentist has always been efficient, thorough and resolves any issues quickly.

I went to the hygienist with a little trepidation as the cleaning can be a bit painful but was impressed with the professionalism. I had some numbing gel applied first for the cleaning and polishing so that wasn't too painful. Then the advice given about using interdental brushes and floss was very useful with a demonstration that I've never been shown before. All in all good value with the kind staff.
