Revive Dental Care

Needed to see a dentist fast after losing a filling. Got through in good time and got an appointment that morning. The dentist was calm and professional and gave me filling options. Great work and left happy with the whole event. I'm not the most comfy patient at the dentist. But this was an enjoyable procedure. Thanks for today.

I have been attending this practice on and off for many years. Today I had a 'new to me' dentist who was extremely thorough and caring. She gave me a perfect amount of information and detail regarding the condition and health of my teeth, and arranged my return visit for the start of my required treatment.

I have absolutely hated all my appointments with Zina. She has made me so paranoid about my teeth , always having negative comments and always trying to sell me something . She is very harse with her treatments and has no sympaphy when she can see you are struggling. I do not feel confident in speaking to her about my teeth etc. I was so upset after my last visit as she did a hygenist treatment on me which i was unprepared for and didnt have the funds for. I struggled throughout the treatment but continued even when i could hardly breathe. I literally cried when i left and vowed i could never go back so i have had to leave the surgery. I have a new dentist now somewhere else and they are so good. I told them what she had said about my teeth and after a thougher examination he told me my teeth and gums are in great health ( i brush 3 times a day and floss and used the tiny brushes daily) i am 63 yrs old and look after my teeth . She has no people skills and has no compassion . I am so glad i have changed my dentist as i know im in better hands .

Managed to get an appointment the following day after I’d broken a molar. The young male dentist I saw was very pleasant and friendly. He fixed the tooth quickly and efficiently and thoroughly explained the procedure. Extremely happy with the service. Thank you.

Its a dentist, Experience depends on day. Today was fine, but it was after they cancelled last appointment, informing me by redundant email address, so I never received cancellation & turned up. (Email address was from registration 20 years ago). Staff at that appointment were very keen to point out, my fault for not updating email address because they don't use texts "as not environmentally friendly " 😂. Either way, they have proceeded to send at least 6 further texts for today's appointment....including this feedback request, which I wouldn't have bothered with, if they hadn't asked.

I went for a hygienic clean and the lady that did my clean was so friendly and informative. I suffer with anxiety, I didn’t tell her but I didn’t need to as I felt comfortable from just walking through the door. I wish every experience in businesses was like this one I had! Thanks so much 🩷

I really wanted to leave a review because my hygiene appointment was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The hygiene nurse and dentist were both really supportive as I do get very nervous and they both settled me down and were so patient and kind. The only thing that lost them a point is I had to ring 6 times over two days to try and make an appointment. Might be could to re-do your voicemail so you can hear clearly where online you can book your own appointment.
