I highly recommend Dr. Rafael who has been my dentist since 2016. I've had several procedures done by him, from restorations to the extractions of my four wisdom teeth, and I see him regularly for routine check-ups, cleanings, and x-rays. He's always very polite, also the environment is very calm and welcoming make me feel at ease and comfortable choosing the treatment. Recently, I went to get teeth whitening, and Dr Rafael used a digital technology scan instead of the horrible putty materials (impressions that makes you gag). I am very happy with the service from the entire team and I will continue to be happy with Monton Green.

My daughter had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr Rafael Piai at Monton Green Dental, and we had a really great experience. He is kind, calm, and explains everything clearly, which helped her feel relaxed. The procedure was quick and smooth. I would happily recommend him.

I've had fantastic care and treatment at Monton Green Dental practice for a good few years. None more so than in the last 2 years through invisalign treatment where Paul and Zoya, Rafael and Nic, and Lawrence have all been outstanding. Had a great experience being seen by Rafael. My first visit at Monton Green Dental. He sorted out any issues I had with skill but also in a caring manner, explaining everything clearly. He seems to really focus on the health of gums and teeth. They were transparent about costs and I think the costs were reasonable for top notch dentistry. Due to sickness one of my appointments was cancelled but they managed to fit me in later in that day. I am very grateful. Receptionists and dental assistants were also very lovely and helpful. My teeth feel brand new!

I had an emergency appointment with Rafael Rodrigues Piai, which cost £90, to address severe pain in one of my teeth. Unfortunately, the tooth remained just as painful after the appointment. During the second visit, Rafael advised that a root canal would be the best option. I proceeded with the treatment, which cost £800. Two weeks later, the same tooth began hurting again. I contacted Rafael on his private number, and although he agreed to see me, he said I would need to pay for another appointment. Since I could tolerate the discomfort, I decided to wait a few months. Today, after four months, I visited another dentist, who informed me that the root canal had not been done correctly and that the area was inflamed. I was told I would need to have the root canal redone by a specialist, at an additional cost of at least £1,000. I feel it is unfair to pay for a service, report that the problem persisted after just two weeks, and then be told I would need to pay again for a consultation. To then learn from another professional that the treatment was not performed properly—and that I now need to spend another £1,000—is extremely disappointing. This has been my experience with Monton Green Dental Practice, and I sincerely hope they take steps to improve the quality of care they provide to their patients.

The dentist I had was so rude & was trying to charge me over £2k for work i "needed done asap" that I didn’t need! (Got a second opinion) waited 2 weeks for a call back to book in this appointment but didn’t hear anything back luckily by that point I’d already booked in elsewhere after feeling anxious and intimidated after my appointment to be told completely different, avoid

Fantastic service and delighted with the cosmetic dentistry results. Dr Paul Serrant is extremely knowledgable and provides pragmatic advice really tailored to your requirements and desired results. Practice is clean, staff are welcoming. Very happy, would highly recommend.
