Dental Clinic by Luxe Smile

Had my EMAX veneers fitted yesterday and I absolutely love them! Sarah and hollie were fantastic, listened to what I wanted and perfectly delivered! I am honestly over the moon! The clinic is beautiful all the staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I can’t thank you guys enough for giving me the perfect smile I’ve always wanted , if your looking for treatment and can’t quite make your mind up where to go, please contact this clinic you will not be disappointed I can’t recommend them enough!

I took my friend here today for her composite bonding, and they are amazing, I sat in on the room for some time and the lady who did them was so very good at what she does, absolutely lovely set she did on my friend, al of the staff are so lovely and welcoming, I would advise anyone who is thinking of having this done, or the veneers,this is the place to go to, everything is just so relaxed an a comfortable place to be, even for me who was just there with my friend Tracey. The lovely receptionist lyba was also very welcoming and happy to assist with any needs , so thanks to all the team, thank you all xx

I would not recommend this dentist. I paid a £600 deposit for 3D-printed veneers and was scheduled to have the procedure done on Monday the 23rd. However, I was contacted the day before and told the veneers were inconsistent from the lab, so the appointment had to be cancelled. I was advised to book another appointment, but after trying to get in touch, I was ignored for four days. Due to the lack of communication, I decided to cancel altogether. When I requested a refund of my deposit, it was refused, and I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful over the phone. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Sarah and the team were so lovely and accommodating. Made me feel at ease and explained each stage in my Invisalign process. Could not recommend enough

Visited Luxe smile today, staff were so friendly. I had X-rays , and a consultation. I’m very impressed with the clinic, very modern and new. I am scheduled for more treatment soon. I recommend this place.

The incompetence is breathtaking wish I could give zero stars. Edit 6/7/2026 I have also reported yourselves as your trust pilot 5 star reviews coincidentally have the same name as your staff (receptionist)

I have just had dental treatment at Luxe Smile and all I can say is they are fantastic, very professional and I highly recommend this clinic for putting a smile in my face.
