Been a customer here since it was showman’s dentist. Our current dentist, Emily is absolutely fantastic! The kids love her, wife and I love her. Genuinely get the impression she wants nothing but the best care for my family.

The hygienist here is amazing, as is the main dentist, Marcel. They are both very friendly and professional and good at what they do, and they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk into the room so if you're a nervous patient like me i would recommend 100%. The reception area is also so much more comfortable and calming than others ive been to, and the staff are brilliant. I only moved over to Alpha Quayside earlier this year from another dentist in the area but can honestly say I wish i’d changed sooner! Highly recommend

5* experience everytime. Reception are very welcoming and friendly. Always go above any beyond to answer my enquiries. also saved me from spending £800 unnecessarily at my previous dental practice - said I needed root canal and didn’t was just a filling. Booking system is very helpful , reminder texts and very easy to arrange appointments. And my Dentist Emily is amazing, she’s so kind and reassuring. Was very lucky to have found her - one thing I will say this practice will never try and charge you for treatment you do not need, I know if they tell me I need something it’s a certainty and will not try and overcharge for treatments i do not need. My mum has also registered and attends every 6 months - and she’s avoided the dentist for years due to fears but is now more than happy to go so regularly. Amazing practice well done guys.

It was easy to book my routine appointment. I was greeted at reception on arrival, and was seen promptly by the dentist. The surgery was clean and bright. My dentist is very pleasant and friendly

I am not a fan of dentists and I get really anxious whenever I have to see one. It’s the third time I come and see Emily over two years and she’s really able to put anyone at ease, even nervous customers like me who on days like these can be on the grumpy side. Something to flag for private customers like myself who want to invoice their private insurance: ask for an itemised bill to be created by the dentist him/herself to then be sent to reception. From my experience, the receptionists have no control over what they can print to customers, as the breakdown of the services must come from the dentist.

As Usual Emily was so professional, completed my six month check up without any fuss. She made conversation with me which put me at ease throughout my appointment. I now feel more willing to attend my appointments since Emily started to treat me and since showman departed the practice which is now a modern practice

I've been going to this dentist for over 20 years, and I have never had a bad experience, Harris use to be my dentist, hes an amazing dentist. and now Iram has taken over and she was amazing 👏 well done 👏✔️👍
