Talbot Street Dental Surgery

All I can say is fantastic. Rachel and her team are awesome.. Been attending here for about 11 yrs and every time it's first class service. Not hurried. Rachel explains everything in detail. A completely relaxed experience. That's hard to say about a dentist. 10 out of 10.

Lovely staff at reception, I was made very welcome and everything was explained well to me. The venue was very, very clean and tidy and quite modern. Great dentist and hygienist and the nurses were lovely too.

Fantastic dental surgery but the phones are an issue. You have to listen to an 80 second message before it tries to put you through (no option to skip), then it only rings a few times before it tells you to try again. No option to leave a message, it is very frustrating.

Brilliant practice, they fitted me in promptly even though I'm not registered with them and everyone was kind and welcoming. Rob and his assistant were brilliant , considering the pain I was in. Thoroughly recommend , wouldn't go else where in the future

Been with this practice for a few years now. My dentist Rachael is marvelous with me, puts me at ease and explains all the treatment. One of the best I must say. The receptionists are really lovely and have great humour.

Absolutely awesome fitted me in today even though I’m not a patient,Staff are fantastic and the dentist and her assistant were brilliant putting me at ease and doing their best too avoid me having a painful experience,Can not recommend them enough

Amazing emergency care I attended on a Sunday as an emergency for a very painful abcess (I look like I was smuggling an egg in my mouth!) After almost an hour drive to get there and pain increasing I was in tears by the time we walked in to reception and feeling quite embarrassed. Lauren on the desk was so lovely and really understanding. I was quickly seen by Neema the Dental surgeon and Cath the dental nurse and I really can't say enough good things about them. They went beyond the call of duty in explaining what would happen and giving me reassurance throughout. They made a painful experience far more bearable. By far and away the best dental experience I have ever had (which is a miracle as its also the most pain I have ever been in) My only complaint is I live too far away to be their patient. As someone else mentioned the outside is a bit off-putting with the peeling sign, but once inside it is modern and spotlessly clean. A huge thank-you to Neema, Cath and Lauren you are all true NHS superheroes and I am so grateful to you, you are all masters of your job.
