Booked my son in as he was home from university and couldn’t get into his dentist. The receptionist was amazing and I can’t recommend the dentist enough. My son needed a scale and polish and quite frankly the result is amazing! He was given lots of tips on dental hygiene in a friendly yet professional manner and made to feel really good about his teeth. Thanks for your excellent service and advice.

Whilst the clinical service is good and the dentists are professional, I felt that prices should be discussed before commencing treatment. I paid for a full dental check-up and was given an unnecessary X-ray without being informed or given a choice, assuming it was included. Upon leaving the practice, I was told I had to pay an additional fee. I don’t mind paying extra, but patients should be informed about any costs beforehand, especially before treatments or X-rays are carried out. This is the second time this has happened.

Just want to thank my dentist, Rhodri Hughes, for the treatment I had today. As always, pain free and friendly. Best dentist around. Also my thanks to the reception staff and all who work there. Always a friendly welcome to put you at ease. 🙂

Amazing service!! Sophie the dental hygienist is amazing!!So empathetic and considerate and did an excellent job! Im actually with another dental practice and I could not be numbed before a hygienist procedure so asked here! All the receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable!Definitely recommend! And if you’re paying privately with your dentist then you may as well go here cos better value for money!

Excellent treatment from Rodri Hughes after several appointments for root canal work. All the staff are extremely competent and friendly, thanks to you all.

Been coming here years suffer really bad with my mental health staff has always been friendly understanding to be told today I can’t make an appointment bare in mind paid for all my other appointments but because I didn’t turn up for 1 appointment which I paid for I’m not a patient anymore it took me years to get to a dentist because of my mental health now this is definitely put me off receptionist I’d very very rude stay away plenty of other places
