Honest review: Waited ~40min on hold to get an appointment, it was bank holiday Friday, so acceptable. Got an appointment right away (in 1 hours time) Lovely dentist, lovely staff and receptionist! Very respectful and clean environment, even offered to help me google the chemists that were open on bank holiday. I do not understand, why this dentist have such bad reviews!

50 mins on hold to be told you’ve not been in pain long enough call back in 24 hours. Can’t eat can’t drink can’t have pain killers so what’s 24 hours gonna do other than put me at risk of crashing my car due to a 60 min drive exhausted, dehydrated, under nourished and with a lack of pain care

Been on the phone for an hour so far and still waiting. 111 told me to ring revive dental care, I've been in pain for a week now and I just need an appointment, just ridiculous to have to wait this long. Considering whether the waiting time for job centre is quicker than this.

I called the emergency helpline. The staff on there have no idea what they are talking about are extremely unhelpful. The centres call themselves "emergency" and "out of hours" but when you're on as much money as dentists are it seems that this still means 9-5 on weekdays and an hour or so on the weekend. It's impossible to get an appointment unless you're willing to take a day off work, which unfortunately I can't, so looks like I will continue with an absess swelling up one side of my face for the rest of the week until a dentist may grace me with their highly overpaid presence.

Waited for an hour to reach them and to be said that they cant make an appointment for my little 6 years old brother because of only parents able to make an appointment. I am 27 years old and spoke on behalf with my mum, because she does not speak english, but they require interpreter instead and delaying a really emergency case of finding silly excuses… A brother has a big dental abscess with facial swelling and lost one side hear. If something happens i will be blaming them. Disgusting

I didn't have to wait long for my call to be answered, unfortunately I was to late to be seen that day but I was given good advice and I received a call back from a dental nurse who gave me reassurance and medical advice.
