Loughborough Orthodontic and Implants have been exceptional. The professionalism and care for my daughter throughout the whole process has been to the highest quality. Donna Bertram is at the top of her game. My daughter was nervous at her first appointment but Donna created an environment for her to be able to attend the appointments with confidence and the knowledge of what was happening at every stage. Donna is an asset and there are not enough words to describe the appreciation for her work. The drive from Lincoln for every appointment was worth the travel for the service provided throughout. Thank you to Donna and the wider team for the care, patience, and professionalism provided. Finally my daughter is very happy with the results and leaves with confidence in her smile. Thank you.

The standard of professionalism at Loughborough Orthodontics is extremely high and so I would have no hesitation in recommending this place. My middle son needed braces and was referred here. Donna did my boy's braces and she is absolutely brilliant, not only in her skills but also the way she explained the process throughout and was ready to answer any questions we had. After around 30 months he has perfect teeth thanks to this clinic. We had a bit of a drive to get here and so the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionists counted for a lot too. They were also very helpful with changing appointments and getting us in at short notice when needed. Although we're glad the process is now complete, we will be forever grateful for what Loughborough Orthodontics has achieved, and the manner that all of the staff conducted themselves during the process. The owners clearly expect high standards throughout and the staff deliver. Thank you.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Donna & the team have been awesome throughout my son’s journey. Always going above & beyond especially appreciating us having a 3 hour round trip to each appointment. Perfect teeth in time for his 17th Birthday thank you.

This clinic is amazing. My son is autistic, and Donna has been incredible over the past two years, supporting him and explaining every step of the process. She's given him time and not rushed any appointment, always with a smile. All the reception staff and dental assiatants have been so kind, and he's honestly looked forward to every appointment for the chats alone! A heartfelt thank you to you all. I didn't know how this was going to go, and starting the process was a leap of faith, but it's been so worth it for this now amazing smile, which will last a lifetime.
