Gorse Covert Dental Practice

Wisdom tooth removal and other extractions were completed quickly and with empathy. A lovely young lady sat with me throughout. She was very pleasant and put me at my ease. The dentist was efficient and empathetic. My only criticism is that because I was an NHS patient I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and get by on antibiotics from the Loughborough University Dental Practice that referred me to Gorse Covert. The antibiotics lasted a week then I had to manage on painkillers until my appointment a week later. No doubt private paying patients get seen much sooner. I expect this is the case with all private dental practices though and not just Gorse Covert and is something that needs to be sorted by the government. Tina D.

I was nervous about my wisdom tooth extraction today, the staff assured me that it is a very common fear. They talked me through the process, provided an after care leaflet and didnt rush me, offering me the opportunity to answer any questions I had. The removal was entirely painless. I would highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and excellent patient care.

Can't recommend highly enough, the receptionist was lovely and managed to move my appointment forward when I was in significant pain. The dentist was calm and professional and the dental nurse Melanie did everything she could to help as I was a very anxious patient. Thank you!

Magnificent team from the receptionist right through to the dentist and the dental nurse Put my mind at ease explained everything thoroughly sorted out my pain. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt very listened to and came away extremely happy.

I was referred on the NHS to Gorse Covert by my dentist for an extraction and I was really impressed, the surgeon and nurse were great and the procedure went well. Special thanks though to Rebecca on reception who communicated with the surgeon and myself in advance of the procedure, seemed to know more than most dentists I've met, reassured me effectively and even got me a cancellation two weeks before my original date. Her experience and attitude made such a difference in a situation I found difficult.
