Leo is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—he’s professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain everything, making sure you're comfortable and informed throughout the process. The treatment itself was painless and thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients rather than just rushing through appointments. The results speak for themselves—I’ve never felt more confident about my teeth! If you’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist, I can’t recommend Leo enough.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The apprentice dentist, Leo, displayed behaviour that was dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily combative. His arrogance and rude responses were completely unacceptable and created an uncomfortable environment. I strongly advise others to AVOID booking with him to prevent a similar experience. This practice has clearly suffered from the loss of key staff members who once contributed to a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some of the newer employees. To make matters worse, when I attempted to file a formal complaint the following day, I was informed it would not be accepted simply due to the timing—an excuse that reflects poorly on the clinic’s approach to accountability and customer care. Overall, the handling of the situation was deeply unsatisfactory.

My son has been going to this denttiat since he was 2 never no problems with his old dentist before she left. Very child friendly amd also respectful. Tom on the other hand has no manners or patients when it comes to children.and very rude. I will be seeking a new dentist on any other visit.

Just wanted to post big thank you to Tom and Alison for pulling a very difficult back tooth this morning. Tom was brilliant ! He made sure that I had lots of anaesthetic and that it was still working. I felt quite relaxed during the hour-long procedure and for such a difficult extraction he did really well. Tom is an excellent young dentist.

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist, I'd rate them higher if I could. Tom was excellent and extremely professional the whole way through. And he done an outstanding job on my tooth, which was an emergency. Would recommend this practice to anyone that requires dental help.

Went in and came out with better teeth — can’t ask for much else from such an establishment.
