Kingsport Dental Clinic

I've only been with Kingsport Dentist for a year, but have no complaints. I feel heard when raising my dental issues and don't feel pressured into making decisions when work is needed. I have a fear of the dentist which they always help reduce by explaining clearly and taking their time. Staff are all friendly and welcoming.

I normally have the Fear when I visit the Dentist but that all changed when I was taken on as a patient at Kingsport Dentist all staff are lovely and very welcoming made my visit a pleasure. Plus I got my smile back so thank you Kingsport Dentist for making a man smile again keep up the Great work 😊🫶🌹🦷🫡

Just lovely people there!Both the dentist’s and assistant’s same as receptionist’s Had double drama with my neglected upper no5 and son’s milking tooth damaged and snapped in half…both visits same as my extraction were amazing stress free and just nice! We both felt looked after and cared Thank You guys for your friendly energy,patience and understanding Great Clinic ☺️❤️

Recently registered at the practice after a negative experience at my previous dentist. Today’s experience couldn’t have been anymore positive. Really kind staff and the dentist had a wonderful way with my kids and made me feel reassured about my treatment options. So glad I’ve made the move.

Syed was honestly lovely and welcoming . As a new patient I was a bit uneasy about joining a new dentist after being with the same dentist for years.

I visited this clinic and the card machine was not working. Despite their inconvenience I was able to find time to come back to pay during the limited opening hours only to find the door was locked. After knocking several minutes the reception made sure to highlight the door was locked even though it was within opening hours and I already had to go out of my way to return to pay because they're systems were not working. How rude.

Staff very friendly, which puts patients at ease if they are nervous. Never had long to wait to be seen by the dentist. Usually taken on time, which is good for relaxing patients. All the latest equipment used and good advice given by the dentist. Kept informed of procedures prior to treatment.Would definitely recommend Kingsport Dental Clinic.
