Craigshill Dental Clinic

I’m utterly appalled by the treatment I have received over my last 3 appointments with Bethan. I have always been someone who enjoys going to the dentist and actually find it a relaxing experience however she is the most cold and unwelcoming person I have ever came across in any medical profession. At my last check up I was never actually spoken to just spoken over and at. She informed me I needed 3 fillings and then proceeded to sigh at me and say the rest are "fine" no actual elaboration on the condition of my teeth after i have been vomiting 4 years straight. When I asked he to elaborate further I was made to feel like I was some how being an inconvenience. When it came time to do my filling I informed her I could feel pain in one of my teeth she wasn’t working on. She went you shouldn’t and just proceed to continue it was only when physical tears appeared on my face did she ask if I was okay and at this point I was so far past angry I just white knuckled the rest of the procedure. I haven’t been back for other work as I will just be moving dental practice as I don’t wish to be traumatised further by her.

Registered with cdc after being with a previous dental practice for many years who couldn’t retain dentists and often leaving me without a dentist for long periods last being a year . Have registered with cdc and since had several visits and treatments done without any trouble what so ever albeit private but without the hassle of past experiences in getting an appointment .

THE BEST DENTIST. I cannot recommend enough every dental assistant and dentist are so professional, more than anything there compassionate and empathetic. They explain every part of the process and help put my mind at ease! Wallis and Danielle where so kind and caring during my recent visit and helped keep my anxiety at bay.

We recently visited this dental practice for the second time for my daughter and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the dentist was professional, we found her to be a bit unapproachable, which made it difficult for us to ask questions or express our concerns . As a parent, I want my kids to feel comfortable with their dentist, and unfortunately, I didn't get that vibe here. Also my husband recently visited the dental practice and was no pleased . We are looking for a dental team that's more welcoming and communicative, so we wil be exploring other options.

Professionals but grumpy. Every time I come here, I always feel uncomfortable because there's next to no communication with the dentists, who never seem happy. I'm always polite and grateful for them helping me to look after my teeth and they're good at their jobs but a huge part of a service like this is helping others to feel less nervous and not judged - and that starts with even just a small conversation, not deadpan silence. In previous dental clinics, I've had lovely people speak with me about general things and who I felt comfortable to ask questions. But unfortunately, that's not the case here. So, I've changed over to a different place that's also closer to me.

Always recieve a warm welcome from Heather who always makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Very attentive and understanding as I had a previous bad experience at a Broxburn dentist decades ago and had been really apprehensive about having my teeth examined again. That was 3 years ago and I actually look forward to my visits to the Craigshill Dental Practice. Visited again today for my yearly check up. As Heather was on leave I was seen by Ben. Again as with Heather the service was exceptional as was the greetings and support from from Sophie and Danielle. I cannot recommend the Craigshill Dental Practice highly enough. Exceptional Dentistry and support which is second to none
