Very friendly service and deal well for people who don't like dentists. Good follow up after any dental work. They also have on site dental hygienist. Accept emergency appointments. Thanks for the work you've done for me. 😊👍

I attended here today a very nervous patient but this practice has lovely staff from reception to dentist’s they reassured me an everything went well on my emergency appointment to having a tooth out to ,just want to thank you so much x

So sad. Attitudes appear to have changed massively. Doesn't matter what you say, you will be wrong. Much greater lack of care and compassion. The receptionist just blames you for rudeness and leaves you gobsmacked at their attitude. Dental Care is basic then they will refer you to a'partner' for the actual expensive treatment. Beginning to seem like a bit of a scam for patients

Very disappointed with the way this dental practice treated me and my family. After waiting almost six months on the waiting list, the practice finally gave me and my wife our first appointment. On the day, we were 20 minutes late because we simply forgot — but as soon as we realised, we called immediately and apologised. Instead of understanding that mistakes can happen, especially for a family with children, the practice decided to block us permanently from registering again. No warning, no second chance, no compassion — even though both of our kids are registered with them and have been seen normally. We were shocked. One missed appointment after months of waiting should not result in a lifetime ban. This is not how an NHS dental practice should treat people, especially families trying their best. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience.

They offer free check ups to those in full time education

Excellent dentist staff are so friendly and the dentist that I see GOH is such a lovely fella and so understanding if u are a little bit nervous about going to see him I would highly recommend him now I go every 6 months we’re as before I was to scared to go he even took me wisdom tooth out

I always recieve the highest possible care & treatment. Very friendly atmosphere. All staff, are so professional indeed. As a patient of this dental practice for many decades , I am a very happy & satisfied patient, always a great pleasure to attend for my appointments. Excellent service !! Always!! Great . Mr Edwards.
