Was seen by Maryam, she was so professional and efficient. She took care examining my oral health and showed me how to use interdental brushes and explained my xrays. She was very thorough with the scale and polish my teeth felt so clean after. Could not recommend enough

I had an amazing experience at this dental practice! Second time visiting them, the dentist Ubayda was very good, professional, knowledgable and incredibly calming, which meant a lot considering my dental anxiety! The nurse and particularly the practice manager went above and beyond alongside the dentist to make me feel comfortable! I genuinely felt cared from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice!

From the receptionist to the dentist, a very smooth and professional service. Upon calling Synergy Dental, I was talked through my dental options and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to answer any questions and she had an answer for everything i needed. The dentist was very pleasant with all his instructions in what i need to do for my treatment. It was a very comfortable place to be and definitely would recommend to others who are looking for a affordable dentist with a exceptional service.

Managed to get an emergency appointment here but was left disappointed by the attitude from staff. Very dismissive and cold. I mentioned in my appointment the pain I was experiencing, however no work was done except writing me a prescription which wasn’t included as part of my initial fee. They booked me in for an overpriced tooth removal (£280) stating it had to be handled by a specialist. I went elsewhere instead and got the issue fixed on the first appointment for £70 as apparently it was a routine extraction. The whole appointment felt like a waste of money, fraudulent and as if they were rushing me out as it was a Friday evening.

I’m still upset about offering to pay in full for an appointment November 2024, being told by the receptionist the date and time in person and writing it down, only to recieve an email a few days before my appointment to say that apparently she had booked it for an earlier date and that I had missed it and would be charged the full amount that I paid upfront which was hundreds of pounds. I have since spent thousands of pounds at a different dentist. I did ring to ask why this happened to me numerous times but the phone was never answered. I was discussing this with my dentist today.

Managed to get an emergency appointment at relatively short notice. I was told it would be £80 and would include an extraction or filling. At the appointment neither a filling nor extraction was carried out. Then I get an unclear estimate showing £30 for the appointment and extraction cost of £150 and filling of £200. I'm not sure if that is deliberate miss-selling or just an accident either way they should honour the initial offer which was paid in advance. Somehow 3 fillings in the same appointment would cost the same as a full denture. When I called to question their pricing I was offered a full refund and suggested I go elsewhere. Make sure you get a full explanation of your estimate and that it matches what you agreed
