Absolutely love my new teeth! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The entire experience was amazing and incredibly comfortable from start to finish. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly, and professional, a truly great team. This clearly comes from the top, as the owner is outstanding. In my opinion, Dr Ball is the number one in the world for composite bonding. She uses a rare, highly detailed technique that creates stunning, natural-looking results. I couldn’t be happier — 10/10! Highly recommended.

I have had orthodontic treatment at the Liverpool Brace Place. My treatment from start to finish was exceptional and I always felt looked after by the team. Website incredibly misleading. Advises free consultation and children's metal braces starting from £400. Thought this was great as child has currently been on the NHS waiting list for over 2 years. Called up to book consultation to be told braces start at £2600 and consultation is £50. Receptionist advised another company took over and they keep meaning to change the website (but don't). New company clearly taking full advantage of the ridiculous NHS waiting times to hike the price up to more than 6x what the website says.

I had a full deep clean with Bobby and I have to say the experience as a whole was amazing! Even at 31 the dentist still makes me nervous… but from the moment I walked in, Bobby and Lucy on reception made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Campbell talked me through the forms and then Bobbys professionalism and friendliness made the entire clean fly by! The results were amazing and I’ve received so many compliments on how my teeth look! Couldn’t not recommend the brace place and Bobby more!

I had such a great experience with Bobby. He was absolutely lovely from start to finish and really put my mind at ease. He’s very personable and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely comfortable. I had composite bonding done and the results are amazing — my teeth look fab and I’m genuinely delighted with them 🤍 Highly recommend!

My son came to Dr Natalie for a check up and I am so happy with the service I received, Dr Natalie was lovely and so patient with him as he is only 2 years old. The team were also amazing at what they do and me and my son felt so at ease and welcomed here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I had my orthodontic treatment done here, including a fixed retainer, and previously had it repaired at this clinic without any issues. Recently, when my retainer came loose again, I was told over the phone that they no longer repair retainers and was redirected elsewhere. I specifically asked if their policy had changed, and was told no — which makes the situation even more confusing, as they had done this for me before. I find it very unfair that a clinic provides orthodontic treatment but then refuses to support patients with basic aftercare like retainer repairs. This is an essential part of maintaining the results of treatment. As a former patient, I expected a higher level of consistency and responsibility. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend returning here for long-term orthodontic care.
