Absolutely perfect experience at the practice from booking the appointment to receiving treatment. Staff are professional, friendly and the care and treatment I always receive from Geoff and Carol Ann is genuinely appreciated. All round 10/10 experience and would highly recommend to anyone!
I've been with this dental practice all my life. Very polite and friendly staff. Mr Peers is always good to talk to, listening patiently to any concerns and providing detailed and clear advice. Very genuine and caring practice!
I was given an emergency appointment within 24hrs. Dentist was new to me but introduced himself and was clear, friendly and professional. Happy with treatment (antibiotics for infection, mouthwash procedures to follow), and possibility/likelihood of later extraction explained. I am a nervous patient but this experience was as good as it could be.
I been going to PBA for over 20 years, always felt confident about having a check up, unfortunately Lucy has left. I am now having to try and gain my confidence again with my new dentist Sabrina who is very pleasant fingers crossed I soon will have that confidence.
