📍 Invisalign dentists in Liverpool

6.6

Mydentist on Halewood Road, Liverpool, offers a mixed experience to its patients. While some patients report exceptional care and professionalism, particularly from dentists like Ben Webster and Muhammad, others have encountered rude receptionists and delays. The clinic's overall service quality varies, with some appointments running smoothly and others marred by poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

Despite some negative encounters, many patients praise the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by certain staff members. The clinic's ability to handle nervous patients and provide gentle, effective treatments is notable. However, there is room for improvement in customer service and punctuality to ensure a consistently positive experience for all visitors.

They are disgrace.I went for an appointment 28/1/26 which I booked and wait for 2 weeks. My teeth is wally ,mouth swollen.I couldn't put food in my mouth nor bite anything because it is the bottom front teeth. The dentist said she is not trained to handle my issue but if I want she can do it.It might work or not. The receptionist so rude and was shouting at me at the reception when I brought an antibiotic prescription.I told her it's wrong and I cried loud like a baby because she is a bully. She walked of the reception and the other receptionist calmed me down. They deliberately didn't sign the prescription so I couldn't take the antibiotics from the pharmacy. Now I am in pain at an emergency dentist 1/2/26.Soooo disappointed with them.Unproffessional

Whilst the dentist are very good (not all of them) the Receptionist needs some training on customer care. First up don't make appointments for people at 2 o clock if you don't open the door till 2 o clock as people are waiting outside. If you call to ask why the door is not open then I would expect a better service instead of being told ON LUNCH then the phone getting put down. Rude

From my first phone call frantically trying to find a dentist (as I hadn’t been to my previous one and had dropped off their lists) to the first visit, meeting the lovely reception staff. I had to have a tooth extracted and was particularly nervous about the injections. Ben Webster is a magician as I didn’t feel a thing. In the past, this is my worst fear, the dreaded injections. Also the extraction was quick and easy to deal with. No pain whatsoever! Lovely dental nurses and reception staff too. Very clean welcoming surgery. Would highly recommend Fully recovered and healed within two days and received my new denture as promised. Update. I had managed to damage my new denture and they provided an amazing service once again. I was even given a free dental scan (amazing technology!) from a dental nurse, again extremely gentle and caring. She talked through everything and made it easy to deal with. They returned my fixed denture as promised and I’m really pleased. I will be more careful this time! Thank you Ben Leah and Jess and all staff. You’re brilliant! Thank you all

I have suffered with lichenplanus for a year and a half now and have been under the hospital during that time. The treatment i was given has stained my teeth and i needed to get them cleaned by my dentist. I was told by the hospital that they may need to numb my mouth which caused my anxiety to increase. So when i was going to the dentist i was so anxious but as soon as i went into the treatment room i was put at ease by the lovely nurse and then the dentist Muhammad was so calm and explained everything fully. He treated my teeth without any numbing and he was so gentle when cleaning the teeth. He even showed me how to properly clean my teeth with having lichenplanus. I would highly recommend Muhammed to anyone.
