Still waiting for a replacement filling since the 23rd December 2025!! Was told im om the emergency (as its xmas that was fine for an excuse) 3 times ive trie to get in touch to be told no appointments but yet you still send me messages to book am appointment because im due one. Yes still no replacement for the filling my tooth is probably not worth saving now it's been that long!!

I am delighted to say that Dr. Neda is the best dentist I ever had, and it is a pleasure to be one of her regular customer . I would recommend Dr Neda for her professionalism and quality of care. It is great to be in such safe hands.

I'd give zero if I could. Joined a year ago and needed lots of work.done. Dentist treating me refused to do the work as it was too much for them. Had referral that was cancelled. More referrals cancelled. Dentist treating me disappeared for 6 months due to surgery. Have an appointment once they returned which re confirmed my ongoing referral. Having heard nothing I went in today only to be told the dentist that was treating me had left the practice. I only had apparently 1 referral July which was denied. The others apparently never existed. The dentist also decided to switch me from full time patient to one time only patient, and, now that she's left, I an without a dentist and will have to try my luck elsewhere. At no point was I notified that any of this happened when it did. They simply dont care if you're an NHS patient.

The dentist Nil and her assistant Hannah are absolutely fantastic. I had to go in today for a root canal treatment. Having sinus issues i was struggling with my breathing but Nil and Hannah where fab when i jumped up and started having a panic attack because i couldn't breathe. Thank you ladies you are the best. I'll be asking how your plants are doing when i'm next in. Thank you again x

I had a fantastic experience a couple of days ago at this clinic, Dr Steven is highly professional, thorough, and clearly an expert. His dental assistant was very attentive. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend

Poor service, been with them for many years. Have automatically been kicked me off the register with no letter or alternative of communication to say this was going to happen if I did not book a routine appointment for a check up soon. Advice was to phone 111 with tooth pain! Service ended 😕

I am writing to make a formal complaint about the treatments I have (not) received from Dentist Steven Abdou at my NHS dental practice. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the "care" I have received. I have attended the practice multiple times with ongoing problems with aching and painful teeth, yet the dentist has repeatedly refused to properly address or treat the issue. Each time I attend, there seems to be another excuse as to why nothing can be done, and my dental problems remain unresolved. Instead of providing the NHS treatment that I am entitled to as a registered NHS patient, I have repeatedly been told that I should pay for treatment privately. I find this completely unacceptable. Patients should not be pushed toward private treatment when they are seeking help through the NHS, especially when they are experiencing pain and clear dental problems that require attention. My concerns have not been taken seriously, and I feel that Dentist Steven Abdou has shown a clear lack of willingness to help. Leaving a patient with ongoing tooth pain without offering proper treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the standard of care being provided. I am left feeling that the dentist is simply unwilling to treat patients under the NHS and instead prefers to direct them toward private services. This behaviour is deeply concerning and unfair to patients who rely on NHS dental care. I also want to add that my experience with Dentist Steven Abdou has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, he has shown a lack of competence and professionalism in dealing with my dental problems. Instead of properly assessing and treating my painful teeth, he repeatedly avoids providing treatment and suggests paying privately. A dentist should know how to treat patients who are in pain and should take their concerns seriously. I feel that he needs to improve both his professional conduct with patients and his approach to dentistry, as the care I have received has been far below what I expected from a dentist. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and formally investigated. I would like a clear explanation as to why I have repeatedly been refused appropriate NHS treatment for my dental problems and why I have been directed to pay privately instead.
