Cromer House Dental Practice

I went on Thursday 9th July for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and to say I was anxious was an understatement - I was absolutely panic stricken. It was also a very hot and uncomfortable day and the whole situation was well and truly beyond my comfort zone. However, what I found was a fresh and clean dental practice, decorated to a high standard and with reception staff who were incredibly friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Such a positive vibe as soon as you walk into the premises is very comforting. I was also seen within 2 minutes of walking into the practice. The procedure was performed by Dr Colin Bradshaw who is without a doubt one of the friendliest healthcare professionals I've ever encountered. He was informative, easy to engage with and I found him very reassuring, which helped ease my anxiety enormously. The whole procedure was so calming and pain free that I actually felt embarrassed afterwards for being so panicked, but he was very understanding and quickly brushed aside my attempts to explain my silliness. He is perfect for working with nervous patients. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic and if you are looking for a new dentist or need emergency treatment I highly highly recommend Cromer House. It was a 10 out of 10 service and perfect for those who have a suffocating fear of dentists like me 🙌🏻🔥.

My wife had an appointment today and I went with her. Waiting in the waiting room there was a medical emergency. When informed the staff sprang in to action without a moment’s hesitation. An ambulance was called and the the staff used a defibrillator and ultimately the person regained consciousness. I don’t know all of their names but the dentist Tom started CPR at once. Well done staff you where brilliant and saved this gentleman

I had quite a bit of cosmetic dentistry including implants and crowns by Dr Ryan Clark. He was fantastic from beginning to end, explaining everything as we went along. I am so happy with the results, my smile makeover is exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking to have cosmetic work undertaken.

Ryan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience, I’ve recommended him to all of my family and friends who have now all had the same great experience with him. I’m so much more confident with my teeth and not scared of the dentist anymore. I wouldn’t go to anybody else now. Highly recommend him.

I have always had a strong fear of dentists and get extremely nervous both before and during appointments. However, from the moment I walked into Cromer House, I was completely put at ease—first by the professional and welcoming receptionist, and then by Dr. Elmira Dallali. Dr. Dallali is calm, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference to my anxiety and helped me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Her assistant, Astra, was equally wonderful—kind, attentive, and always checking that I was okay. The entire team at Cromer House made what is usually a very stressful experience for me feel relaxed and positive. I honestly couldn’t recommend Dr. Elmira Dallali, Astra, and the team at Cromer House highly enough—especially for anyone who feels anxious about seeing a dentist. A truly 5-star experience!

Can’t recommend Dr Elmira Dallali enough. I’m absolutely blown away with my results — my smile has been completely transformed and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The care and skill on display from both Elmira and her assistant Afsoon was outstanding. Both ladies work together so effortlessly, you can immediately tell you’re in the hands of professionals who truly know and love what they do. I’m so pleased with my experience and I can’t thank Elmira and Cromer House enough for giving me my smile back.

Ryan was fab from start to finish on my treatment. Explaining everything along the way and very clear with my treatment plan. Would highly recommend, had loads of lovely comments about my teeth and love them, best thing I have spent my money on, worth every penny and people get to see them 🤣
