Had to cancel my appointment this morning at short notice,the lady at Reception said due to the short notice there would be a charge...so I said,I'll rearrange my day to be there... So 15 mins later,the Receptionist rang me back,saying that she explained my circumstances to Daniel,who was so accommodating,and said I could rearrange my appointment free of charge. Much appreciation to you both,this helped me out greatly. Thank you.

Jemma and the team at One by One Dental are just fantastic. They made our girls feel totally at ease—no sugar-coating, just genuine friendliness and a super professional vibe. Honestly, it’s refreshing to see a team that’s so upbeat and works so well together. Definitely a top-notch experience and one we’ll keep coming back for!

We moved to OneByOne Dental in Lisburn after our previous dentist retired. Daniel and the whole team are fantastic and we are very happy we’ve joined them. All our dental work, check ups and hygienist appointments have been top class.

I recently had an implant placed by Chris at OnebyOne Dental Lisburn. I have always been an anxious patient but I instantly felt at ease with Chris & his lovely nurse Stephanie in a very relaxed environment. Chris always made sure to explain everything he was doing & I felt reassured throughout the whole treatment. I would 100% recommend Chris Gardiner to anyone requiring any surgical treatment. I would recommend Onebyonedental practise everyone. It is a wonderful establishment, with friendly staff members who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported, regardless of your treatment. I have just completed my invisalign treatment thanks to Daniel and his dental assistant, Amanda. From the initial consultation to the finished project, I could not be happier with the process.Daniel is excellent at his job, and he is really down to earth, which made the process all the better! He spoke to me through each step, provided me with the correct procedures to follow, and was able to make the necessary adjustments to ensure i was happy with my finished smile. OneByOne Dental - Lisburn is an excellent dental practice with highly professional staff - both dentists and nurses! I've had quite a few procedures done there, including an implant, crowns, fillings and root canal treatment, and every time the result has been more that great! Highly recommend!
