T h o m a s ORR. I attended on Monday. The 17th of November had a marvellous experience At this dampest, surgeryn The lady on reception, so helpful and nice. The dentist also so helpful and nice. Your employer should be proud of all of you. Perfect stuff. Thank you.

Have had nothing but trouble with this clinic. Would NOT reccommend for anyone. Booked in for a tooth extraction and they told me my online booking didnt go through, even though they happily took the £30 for the appointment. When I finally got another booking sorted, they changed the procedure to a filling which wasnt discussed previously. Went in for another appointment to get tooth removed and they informed me, after waiting for 10 minutes, that they cant see me today and that id need to reschedule due to their system being down all day. I understand that unavoidable issues like that can occur, however, I was not informed of this before my appointment time and wasted half a days pay in work and child care to attend this. The receptionist does not seem to care about the mistakes she has made with appointments and brushes it off. Extremely poor service.

What can I say my faith has been restored today by an amazing lady dentist also her assistant they made my visit really easy, understanding, comforting even though I was bag of nerves. I would highly, recommend such a caring practice thank you to you all.

Take my kids there after moving recently to Lisburn . Easy to get appointments, stuff very friendly and welcoming. Sure will register my other kids there too .

Appalling service. Appointment for 1130am and 45mins later I still had not been seen. Spoke to the lady on reception and she just said 'oh he is running late' - no apology no explanation. There was still someone Infront of me after my 45min wait. There was multiple phone calls when I was waiting and it was for new patients registering and the receptionist kept taking new patients on when they clearly do not have the capacity to do so. Do not register unless you want very poor service

I had an appointment today. They did exceptionally well with deep clean and follow-up recommendations. I Highly recommend this practice.
