North Street Dental Practice

Just had tooth implant with Farnood, it was a brilliant experience, he was first class. The only criticism i have is the practice is in the most awful surroundings. For the fees they charge it should be on parr with Harley Street, not in the middle of a derelict industrial estate. Such a shame.

Have been with this practice approx 50years and have always had good service. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentists themselves are just as good and very reassuring. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I have been a patient at North Street for many years and the care has always been quite acceptable, even if the ethos seems to have changed to being rather more money focussed since it was taken over a few years ago. I phoned up today to try and get an emergency appointment because I have a painful infected tooth. I was told I could not have an emergency appointment because I had not attended the practise for 15 months (which was when I completed some treatment that cost me over £2000). It appears that if you do not have your annual check up you are downgraded to only being able to get a routine appointment. I was offered one for next week despite them being told I was in a significant amount of pain. This is not the service I would expect from a professional dental practice and I think borders on unethical. Suffice to say I have moved to a new dentist who was recommended to me and managed to squeeze me in on the day and prescribed the antibiotics I needed.

Couldn’t recommend this dentist enough! So friendly and have such a kind nature. Receptionists are very friendly and informative. Excellent service!

I’ve been with Hilary for quite a few years now. She’s always been very friendly and always explains things in great detail. She is a very good hygienist and genuinely cares for her patients teeth and wellbeing.

Dentist get alot of bad press. But North Street Dental practice. I personally find are excellent. The dentist are well qualified. My teeth and gums are in such good confition now to when I started a few yesrs ago.

Great surgery, had it for years. I would strongly recommend and better value for money than the dentist I have experience with in Italy.
