Purlys Dental Practice

I’ve suffered for years with a fear of visiting the dentist’s and consequently my teeth are awful. I was so ashamed of my teeth and took to smiling with my hand over my mouth. But today I had no choice as I lost a front veneer. I was so lucky to find Purley’s. From the lovely receptionists to the amazing dentist Dr Aneeka Kotecha who I can only say is the best dentist I have ever come across. So kind, so gentle and just brilliant. If a dentist was a magician this dentist is it. She took away 30 years of fear and anxiety and I can only thank her for what she did today. This is beyond a 5* Dental Practice. I can smile again.

Purlys was amazing, hadn't been to dentist properly in 10 years due to fear of the pain. Shika was the best, very calming and talked through what to expect, gave breaks when needed. Sara helped with the treatment plan, was available for all the silly questions and help booking appointments that worked for my schedule. The entire experience from start to finish has been great. Cant recommend them enough!

Cannot rate my experience at Purlys high enough. Dr Krupesh was excellent throughout and talked me through all of the work I required. The appointments were made easy through his skill and communication of what he was doing. Sara also ensured everything was coordinated and went smoothly!

I had to have an intensive treatment plan which meant I had to go regularly. Every time I went to Purly’s they would explain what they were going to do each time and always asked if I was ok throughout. I was very nervous and scared to start off with but with the reassurance and help from the staff members and Anup I completed it today! Everyone was very understanding and helpful and I was able to take my headphones in and listening to music and have the help of some stress balls aswell. YIPEEE!!

I have gone from being incredibly anxious about the dentist to actually looking forward to my next appointment. This is all due to the extraordinary compassion and customer wellbeing that is inherent in Purlys Dental Practice. Anup (my dentist) is the most amazing person, always putting me at ease and the supporting staff have the same sense of patient care that makes every visit a pleasure (I never thought I would write that about a dentist). Having had bad experiences at previous practices (due to the lack of patient care) I can honestly say that Purlys is the exact opposite and I highly recommend them. If anyone is feeling apprehensive about the dentist, trust me - the anxiety dissipates at Purlys almost immediately and you will wish you had never put off the visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Purleys with Sara as my treatment coordinator and Dr Krupesh as my dentist. I am over the moon at the results of my composite binding and couldn’t recommend the practice enough! Sara was so helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed in terms of my treatments, costs and payment plans, on hand to help at all times. Dr Krupesh and the team of nurses were amazing, very empathetic and non judgemental, and of course the dentistry skill is second to none. Thank you for a seamless and positive experience 🙂

Words can honestly not even describe how amazing this Dentist Practice is. I attended Purleys as I was unhappy with my smile and wanted some cosmetic treatment. I went to Krupesh Patel as I had seen his work online. I had an initial consultation and check up and a treatment plan was created. Sara Bond was the coordinator, and she was fantastic. She talked me through every step and was beyond helpful with explaining the process. After every appointment, she sent me a follow up email to check in to see on how I was getting on. The treatment I had was whitening, icon and some fillings. I am such a nervous patient. I hate needles and have previously avoided the dentist for this reason. But I cannot even express how gentle and kind Krupesh was. I didn't feel a single thing and in future, I will never worry about having a filling with him. At several stages throughout my whitening Krupesh would also message me to give me guidance or to see how I was. He has been very supportive. I am over the moon with my final results. Honestly, I cannot stop smiling. Its actually changed my life. A massive thank you to Krupesh and Sara in particular but also the friendly and welcoming staff of reception and dental nurses.
