Letchworth Dental Surgery

Highly recommend Letchworth dental surgery! Staff are lovely! Im absolutely terrified of the dentist, but I am over the moon with the treatment I received. Dr Priyanka is amazing! Helped me calm my nerves and even had a laugh and a joke! I have and would recommend the surgery to anyone and everyone! Thank you ☺️

First time using this surgery and I'm incredibly impressed! The dentist was great and very knowledgeable, the receptionist was super helpful and the location is great.

Had a really great visit here yesterday with hygenist Paulina and then dentist Dr Gupta. Paulina was very professional and really took the time to answer all my questions, I was in no discomfort and she was also really supportive with the aftercare. I also visited with Dr Gupta who has such a infectious personality that instantly puts you at ease. He was very professional and informative with great detail. I felt very well taken care of without that feeling of being upsold too, which I had experienced from other dentists in the past, it felt as though he actually cared. Also, a quick shout out to the receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name) but she was very pleasant, helpful and personable. She responded really well and efficiently with what I had asked of her and very understanding when I had to reschedule initially. All in all, a fabulous surgery and you're blessed if you're fortunate enough to be an NHS patient here.

Absolutely outstanding. The entire staff are kind, caring, warm and truly professional. As someone who suffers with skitzophrenia and E.U.P.D. they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The dental treatment is of the highest possible quality. I would strongly encourage anybody seeking a dentist to look no further, you will find non better. With special thanks to Dr Priyanka and Charlotte who are the absolute gold standard and indeed Darcy all the reception staff.

I would just like to thank the Letchworth dental practise for the excellent response and treatment they gave me when I turned up with a tooth abscess. This happened on Friday 28th March at 2pm at which point I was informed there were no emergency appointments, however when I explained I was going on holiday to Morocco in the early hours of the following Tuesday the receptionist had a word with the dentists and suggested I can sit in the waiting room and would be seen if a gap in the schedule materialised. I am pleased to say I was seen within 30 minutes and prescribed anti-biotics. On Monday at 08.30 I again approached the surgery as I felt the anti-biotics were minimising the effects however there was still a fair amount of pain. I was offered an appointment at 4pm and subsequently explained to the dentist I was worried I would run out of anti-biotics while still on holiday I was prescribed a second dose of anti-biotics and an Xray which confirmed issues in the root canal. So, thank you very much, I am pleased to say that by Tuesday evening things were improving and I am currently pain free. Many thanks from a grateful patient regards

Absolutely outstanding visit with Doctor Gupta. He was patient kind and understanding with me. Everything was explained in a easy to understand manner and i cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

This dentist removed me off their NHS list because i "missed" 2 appointments - one because i was postpartum and got confused and showed up a little late, the other, 2 years later after attending multiple appointments, because i had a sickness bug despite informing them on the day of this. I felt this was extremely unfair, as i did appeal and got no response from the practice manager. however, turns out they did me a favour as i was going in to confirm a wisdom tooth removal that the dentist said was the source of my pain (despite me saying it didnt feel like it). However, after seeking a second opinion and being registered at another dentist, they confirmed that this was not the case, and it was in fact another tooth - the one i told him it was originally. So, long story short, thanks for your incompetence and unkindness, as you saved me an unnecessary wisdom tooth removal thanks to a terrible dentist of yours!
