Leicester Smile Clinic

I had an appointment today at Smile Dental Clinic and when I paid the charges for Band 1, they told me that when you pay the charges for Band 2, everything will be covered. Today, even after paying 75.30£ for Band 2, I did not get a satisfactory treatment and even after talking to the Dr and the Reception, I got a negative response and they ignored my words and the reception people spoke to me with aggressive behaviour and the Dr did not even check my upper teeth and checked only the lower teeth and did not clean them from inside and outside. So, I request all the customers to confirm before taking an appointment that what and how properly they will provide the satisfactory treatment because according to me, their satisfaction experience is 10% in comparison to other dental hospitals.This picture is after treatments no any different between before and after.

Dr Adam is genuinely the best dentist ever!! I dread coming to the dentist normally but he always puts me at ease and I only want to see him moving forward. The team is great and always friendly and every time I come they provide an excellent service. Would highly recommend

Dr Adam and Mariam were absolutely outstanding from start to finish when treating my son. Dr Adam repaired a composite tooth for him and the whole experience was handled with such professionalism, care and attention to detail. He explained everything clearly and made sure my son felt comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure, which made a huge difference. Mariam was equally wonderful – friendly, reassuring and incredibly supportive during the appointment. She helped create a calm and welcoming environment that really put my son at ease. The treatment itself was done to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the result. It’s clear that Adam and Mariam work brilliantly as a team and genuinely care about their patients. Excellent care at Leicester Smile Clinic I had a very positive experience at Leicester Smile Clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Adam Bayat was excellent — calm, kind, and highly professional. He carried out a tooth removal for me and explained everything clearly beforehand, which really helped reduce any anxiety. Although the procedure itself was not comfortable, I felt reassured at every stage and confident that I was in very capable hands. I also had a full cleaning with the hygienist, who was excellent. She was thorough, professional, and very reassuring, explaining each step clearly and offering helpful advice. My teeth felt extremely clean afterwards. Overall, the standard of care was very high.
