Jilpa at City Orthopaedics has been absolutely brilliant throughout my Daughter’s treatment for braces. The practice was really accommodating to our needs and helped us with all our queries. The treatment was very effective and precise to meet our needs. Brilliant results with my daughter’s teeth. Would recommend this place.
Dentists are good but some front desk staff have zero respect for patients. No good morning how are you zero etiquette. "NAME, TAKE A SEAT!" Thats not the way to speak to patients. You need front desk training and manners, hope this reaches the right people so they can learn some basic manners!!

Spoke with Martin the receptionist and she’s just rude to clients. I was willing to pay for my braces appointment and told me to go back to my country to get my braces fixed. Have all the recordings and going to report this further
