My family have all been to Silk Mill since 1990. We've been looked after perfectly. Friendly staff, great care. First class

Good team work and very professional . The reception is very efficient , the approach seems to be inflexible but I think it's about fairness and I also had to get used to little in the way of chatting, basically because the team is getting on with the job ! Dental practitioners are obviously at greater risk of catching bugs so hygiene is paramount and it's in everyone's interest to follow the rules.

I'm the worst most scared client ever, Mr Woodcock has the Patience of a saint lol so kind and has gas sedation that helps me get through treatments. Excellent dentist, the best I've ever been too!

Unhelpful receptionist , won’t see my 7 year old daughter who’s woken up in agony and needs an emergency appointment . First said we hadn’t attended for a while but took my number for when and if an appointment became available, then when I said I’d moved 20 minutes away said we weren’t in the catchment so won’t see her then said we had been deregistered from the system anyway due to not attending Can’t be all three reasons and if it was the latter why take my number. Terrible, unclear and mixed advice, wouldn’t be so bad but turning away a child in pain is awful, left me no choice but to find and pay for a private appointment .

Amazing staff done everything possible to get me sorted ASAP would definitely recommend to anyone. put this off for many years and don't know why Definitely deserve the 5 stars Thanks
