Park Dental Practice

I had a filling today at Park Dental and I honestly cannot praise the dentist, his nurse and the receptionists highly enough. I am in a difficult and complex dental situation, and attending appointments can be very stressful for me because of previous experiences. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with grace, kindness and respect. The receptionist was helpful, calm and reassuring, and the nurse was gentle and supportive throughout. The dentist, Dr. Yun Hsien Lee. was excellent — very engaged, attentive and kind. The filling itself was completely painless and the whole appointment felt surprisingly relaxed. I felt listened to, respected and properly cared for. That means a great deal when you are nervous and dealing with complex dental issues. Thank you to all of you for making what could have been a very difficult appointment feel safe, calm and positive.

Had the Air Flow stain removal done today by Mo and I can honestly say I’m so impressed with the results I will be booking in for this again. I had years of staining on my teeth and after this treatment I was blown away by the results. My mouth has never felt so clean. Highly recommend. Very good dentist to be a patient with.

I had a really good experience with Park Dental Practice when I needed a crown fitting. Dr Usman Sheikh did a fantastic job of keeping me relaxed during the appointments. I’ve had quite horrible past experiences with dentists so was rather nervous, but his calm and kind nature put me at ease. He did a great job fitting my crown, it was quick and pain free.

I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Ching and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was really nervous going in, but he took the time to explain every step clearly, which helped me feel calm and confident. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made the whole procedure so much easier than I expected. The entire team was warm and welcoming, and I truly felt cared for from start to finish.

i rang the practice to organise an emergency appointment on Monday morning, I spoke to Robyn (receptionist) she kindly offered me an appointment later that afternoon with Dr Lee. The dentist was kind and put my nerves at easy the dental nurse was nice too (sorry I didn’t get your name). Once I had seen the dentist I returned to the reception desk to pay for my treatment and I spoke with the receptionist who had made my appointment. I can’t thank the team at Park Dental Practice enough. Thank you for everyone’s help!!

First appointment with Mo. I have a fear of water on my face, which he was already aware of which was very reassuring. He was friendly and explained everything clearly, and was very understanding. He kept checking in with me and shielded my face with his hand. He stopped when I needed him to. The dental nurse was excellent with the suction. The best hygienist appointment I have had.

I highly recommend this dental practice. Both Dr Usman and Dr Lee are outstanding dentists – extremely kind, professional, and caring. My wife was treated by Dr Lee and was very happy with the experience. I was treated by Dr Usman, and I can honestly say the treatment was completely painless, calm, and handled with great professionalism and a very human approach. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Excellent care, great attitude, and fantastic results. Truly outstanding service.
