The Temple Practice

My first visit today was a masterclass in how to run a dental practice. The receptionist was friendly and engaging, there was zero wait time and Richard the dental technician is clearly very passionate about his work, he was very thorough, and the epitome of professionalism, whilst taking the time to fully explain the procedure for the treatments I have appointments for. I’m not a huge fan of dental treatment, let’s face it who is? However, I’m more than confident, I’ve landed on my feet here! I’m almost looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

The staff at this dental practice truly go above and beyond for their patients. I have had issues relating to my left ear, jaw and neck for 18 months. I have been passed from pillar to post; GP, neurology, ENT, physio, neuro physio, NHS, private. The issues became unmanageable the last 2 or 3 weeks until 2 days ago. I was given a priority appointment and given advice that has completely changed my quality of life for the better, with in a few hours of leaving. I am truly grateful, as is my daughter and family.

Terrible practice with rude staff and dentist. Waited 40 minutes over my appointment time and was met by a very rude dentist who was dismissive and had zero soft skills.

One of the receptionists was quite rude and unfriendly. I arrived early for my appointment but felt pressured by the receptionist to sign a document without enough time to read it. When I asked for a few minutes, I was told the dentist might no longer have time to see me — even though I was on time. Other patients seemed to be treated more politely, which felt unfair. I hope the clinic can improve front desk service so all patients feel treated with respect.

Really lovely staff all round , however my tooth story is different , I had a hole and the dentist couldn’t pull it out as it felt like it was going to break my jaw, so he cut the top off , leaving the bottom of the tooth with hole in my mouth & I’ve now been referred to the dental clinic for extraction which I was informed would be 2 weeks , however it’s been months and I’ve still not had the extraction , so I get pain in my head/tooth/jaw/neck very bad from time to time to the point I can’t do much at all. But overall the staff and everything is great it’s just a shame about my tooth!

Recently joined Temple Practice and have found it to be really great. Lovely, friendly staff and had no trouble getting an initial appointment. Had three fillings and a clean today and the dentist was one of the best I've ever seen, extremely painless experience and hardly felt a thing. Mad skills. Thanks very much to all 👍🏽🦷😊😁
