The practice is nice and clean. The dentist and staff are all professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. They took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. The care and attention to detail were excellent, and the whole experience was far less stressful than I expected. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and provide a very high standard of service. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist.

I got a nhs appointment for toothache within an hour of contacting them. I needed an extraction and was given several options for treatment before taking the decision to have an extraction. Treatment was painless, relatively quick and very caring.

Usually very happy with treatment and outcomes have always been good but sometimes communication is lacking... On reflection I'm not very happy with feeling a bit fobbed off after some unrelated treatment on questioning support for teeth grinding and concern around movement of my teeth recently, I wanted further info and generally some reassurance or support. My dentist was nice to an extent but just told me to do what I was already doing and quite blunt at my appointment. Didn't really help me with my questions and was quite vague as to whether I should wait for a check up or book back in sooner to get some further treatment done. I felt like I was being rushed out of the room and it didn't feel very supportive. Also I got confused at reception about treatment pricing/ what i'd already paid and was informed of the cost as opposed to the cost it would be privately in a manner which suggested I should be grateful which I found annoying. It felt like gaslighting at a complaint or surprise at the cost on NHS, I informed the cost of private care wasn't relevant because it is ridiculous!

Husna Tahir is the dentist I saw. She is extremely good. She puts you at ease and explains everything she is doing. It makes the trip to the dentist less stressful.

I always receive a first class experience from my dentist, Abrar Abulula. She is highly skilled and provides gentle care and valued advice. All staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Street Lane Dental Centre.
